How to shop on Vivamart.no

How do I become a customer?

It’s fast and easy to become a customer at vivamart.no. All you have to do is add items to the shopping cart, create user, select delivery time and pay for the goods. In addition, you can register using your facebook or google logins from the register button top menu.

What are your delivery options?

Based on your postal code, we either deliver to your door, send through posten or offer collect from Økern torg vei 3, 0580 Oslo, Family Food As, Norbygata 54, 0192 Oslo OR Elgtråkket 39, 1383 Asker.

Where is your store located?

We are an online service. We do not have a physical store. You can order online and we deliver to your home, send through posten or you can collect from one of our collecting points.

Where do I see my orders Status?

We deliver on all weekdays – Monday-Friday between 1700-2300. In case of any query related to scheduling of your existing order please contact us on the chat window.

How do I add items to the shopping cart?

You can find desired items by scrolling down the item list, navigating among all categories on the left side of the online store or searching for the desired item. The goods are added to the shopping cart by pressing the Orange cart button and/or selecting the quantity on the checkout page.

Can I add items after the order has been completed?

No. Unfortunately, you cannot add items after you submit your order. However, you can always create a new order and contact us on contact page , so that we can assist you to ensure additional delivery charges will be taken away. This can be done using a coupon: secondorder on the checkout page.

Can I cancel my order?

If you do not wish the order to be completed, the order can be canceled by contacting us on the chat window on home page, or sending an email to: kundeservice@vivamart.no

How do I use a gift card or discount code

In order to use a gift voucher or discount code, it must be registered in your shopping cart BEFORE you pay.

When you go to checkout you will see on top a text button: “Click here to enter your code”. When you click a drop down opens up. You can entery your Coupon Code and press “Apply Code”.

Relevant discounts will be deducted from the total amount. Discount / Gift Card on Shipping will, however, appear first AFTER you have chosen delivery time.

If you enter a code but are not deducted from the amount you have probably not met the criteria for the Coupon. Feel free to contact Customer Service at 94088887.

Payment and security

Vivamart.no stores the information you provide for internal use only and will never resell or use your information in any way other than in relation to customer relations with vivamart.no or for targeted marketing of our products and services.

How do I pay for the goods?

You can pay with a bank card (Visa / MasterCard) or VIPPS at vivamart.no.

How do I save a credit or debit card?

Vivamart does not store any credit card/debit card information on our serves. We use payment gateways and they are storing the information following your approvals

Where do you have home delivery?

We supply throughout Oslo, Drammen and large parts of Akershus and major cities in Østfold. We are working on creating logistics chain to deliver in entire Norway. Keep following us on https://www.facebook.com/vivamartas. Contact us on chat window with your postnummer and we can accordingly confirm the correct mode of delivery. By default you can see the options on checkout page.

When do you start with delivery where I live?

We have ambitions to expand the delivery area to entire Norway. Please contact us on the chat window with specific queries.

What does it cost to get the goods delivered home?

The delivery charges depend on postnummer, order amount and method of delivery. Once you have selected all the products, added your address, you can see the delivery charges on the checkout page. Free delivery in Oslo zone 1 starts at 430,- nok. Outside Oslo, free delivery is possible on selected dates as well as on orders above specific amounts.

Do I have to be home when you deliver the goods?

Yes, you must be home when we ship the goods. If the order contains alcohol, tobacco or medicines, the person who receives the goods must be over 18 years old. All persons under the age of 25 are encouraged to show proof of identity when purchasing these goods.

What happens if there is no home when you come?

If there is no home when we come to deliver the goods, we will try to contact you.

If safe, we can put the groceries at your entrance. In case it is not possible, you will be requested to pickup the grocery from our vendor. We can try again to deliver in our next delivery cycle to your area but an additional delivery charge similar to your order delivery charge will be added. In case of free delivery, the delivery charges will still be applied depending on the area.
