Cauliflower is beautifully cooked, grilled, deep-fried, in creams, in soups, in gratin, in pots, in wok and stew. Raw cauliflower in small bouquets is good in salads or as a snack. Cauliflower in thick slices is lovely to grill. Grated cauliflower can be used instead of rice.
